Avaya Cloud Innovation Award

On January 28th, at Avaya’s Partner Connect Day in Maarssen, Datapoint Europe was awarded for being the first European Partner to collaborate with Avaya on the Google / Avaya Contact Center & Unified Communication solution. This innovative Avaya solution allows Datapoint Europe to respond to the needs of customers to provide a rapid and flexible cloud contact center solution.

  • Chat 1-on-1 or with the whole team
  • Make voice and video calls from your browser
  • Collaborate in real time
  • Click-to-call any phone number
  • Let others know when you don’t want to be disturbed

These new innovative (cloud based on your request) solutions supports Datapoint Europe’s go-to-market focus in delivering to multinational clients locally and across the Pan-European market place.
